Rewyld — Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rewyld mobile application, website, waitlist, and any related offerings (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Wyld Way Corp (“Rewyld,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you create an account or join the waitlist, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Rewyld may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store). Pricing, renewal periods, and cancellation policies are provided within the app storefront. Apple’s terms and refund policies govern your purchases; we do not store or have access to your payment details. You may cancel auto-renewing subscriptions in your App Store settings at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in a lawful manner and to respect other users and the ecosystems we serve. You will not:

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
• Copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, text, graphics, logos, audio, and software, is owned by or licensed to Wyld Way Corp and is protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

6. Your Content

You may submit notes, reflections, or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Rewyld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display the content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights to share this content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, including RevenueCat, analytics providers, or App Store services. These third parties have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their practices or content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewyld disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rewyld and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wyld Way Corp, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. The sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will indicate when the latest changes were made. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
