Campus Nature Rx & student wellbeing

Help students find
their place here.

Self-guided walks, audio and activities around campus. For the first week, a quiet afternoon or a return to a familiar place.

Start with a place
they can return to.

Your grounds team knows the places. Your wellbeing team knows the students. Rewyld helps turn that knowledge into experiences students can use independently.

An introduction to campus

Help new students explore on their own or with someone they have just met. Include suitable places to sit, simple things to notice and routes they can return to.

A seasonal challenge

Add outdoor experiences to an existing 30×30 or seasonal campaign. Work alongside the communications and tracking tools you already use.

Campus Nature Rx, between events

Make an approved audio walk or nature practice easier to revisit after a recommendation or guided session. Keep your campus experts and existing support at the center.

Let’s take this slowly together; I’ll offer a few quiet invitations as you look around.

[Quiet for 7 seconds]

Choose one feature that feels clear enough to recognise later, perhaps an edge or a shape where the light is beginning to reach.

[Quiet for 8 seconds]

Notice how the damp path changes the look of it, darker in places, and let that contrast help fix your chosen feature in mind.

[Quiet for 7 seconds]

When you return, let your eye go to that same feature first, and let the rest follow.

Let’s talk about your campus.

Tell us about your grounds, the students you want to reach and the programs you already run.

What we put in place

We create or adapt the experiences, set up participant access and help your team introduce them. Scope and launch responsibilities are agreed with your campus lead.

Planning your program

Planning a Campus Nature Rx or Student Wellbeing Program

Before we begin

How it fits your campus program

Not every student starts with an event.

Some students cannot make the guided walk. Others are new to campus, or would rather explore with a friend than join a group. They still need ways to find their place here.

Rewyld adds a self-guided option alongside your student-life and wellbeing programs. A student can begin when it fits their day, then return to a place they have come to know.

Keep the work that already serves students.

We create or adapt the agreed campus experiences, set up participant access and help your team introduce them. We do not start by replacing your map, rebuilding your website or inventing another challenge. Content, launch responsibilities and review are agreed with the campus lead.

Who would we work with on campus?

A lead in wellbeing, student life, recreation, sustainability or Nature Rx, together with the people responsible for the grounds and content.

Can we use our existing walks and recordings?

Yes, with permission. Your team reviews adaptations, authors remain credited, and we agree any new material before it is created.

What would we learn?

Whether students use the experiences, return to them and find them useful, and the effort required from your team. This does not by itself demonstrate improved mental health, retention or academic results.
