About Rewyld

We help people find their way back to the living world.

We are in the business of belonging. Through guided practices, a network of land-based teachers, and tools for the organizations that train them.

Why

Something essential was severed.

Through decades of fluorescent lights, glass-walled offices, and screens designed to keep our eyes anywhere but here.
We built a world of extraordinary efficiency, and in the process, we lost the felt sense that we actually belong to the earth.
We feel this loss in the anxiety that hums beneath our days, in the strange loneliness of being surrounded by people but cut off from the land that sustains us.

You cannot protect what you do not love.
You cannot love what you have forgotten how to touch.

Vision

Rewyld is an act of homecoming.

We envision a future where going outside is as ordinary and vital as breathing, where the land is treated as kin, where sensory literacy is a basic human inheritance, and where guides who lead people back to the earth are as essential to a community as any healer.

We are not starting something new.
We are remembering something old.

Mindfulness for people who can't sit still.

01

Awareness through relationship

Practices that cultivate presence through participation. Awareness arises when you meet the living world: This oak. This stone. This November morning. Mindfulness in nature, earth becomes the altar where attention rests.

02

Embodiment: Body and mind, together

Most of the day, we live in thought. These practices invite you back into felt sensation. Cold air on skin. Rough bark under hands. Ground beneath feet. Somatic awareness through direct contact. You can't think your way into presence. You feel your way in. Reconnect with nature through your body.

03

Modern and wild

You are shaped by a modern world -- screens, schedules, indoor air. And you carry an ancient knowing in your body. These nature connection practices help you recognize: you were never separate from the living earth. Your body remembers. You belong.

I'm a Mindful Outdoor Guide. For years I worked in big tech. I was productive, high-functioning, and cut off from myself.

Things changed when I started going outside every day and paying attention to what was there. I remembered I was part of the living world.

I created Rewyld to ignite simple ways to break through to aliveness. This is the tool I needed back then.

Now it's yours.
